Privacy Policy
Psyche-Tech, LLC — All Applications and Services
Psyche-Tech, LLC
Effective Date: March 12, 2026
Your privacy is fundamental to how we design and build at Psyche-Tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use any Psyche-Tech application or service (collectively, “our Apps”), how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
- Profile information: name, birthdate (stored as age category), and gender, where provided.
- User-generated content: dream journal entries, personal associations, reflections, and any other content you enter while using our Apps.
- Voice audio: if you use voice conversation features, audio is streamed in real-time for processing. Voice audio is not permanently stored on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send to us via support or feedback channels.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: features you use, session duration, in-app navigation patterns, and AI feature usage counts (e.g., number of interpretations or voice sessions per month).
- Subscription and purchase data: subscription status and transaction records, managed through Apple and RevenueCat.
- Crash reports and diagnostics: error logs used to improve app stability and performance.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your precise geographic location. We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone beyond what is explicitly required for features you choose to use. We do not collect or store payment card information — all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core experience of each App, including AI-powered features such as Jungian-informed interpretations through the Oneiros AI.
- To personalize and improve your experience across our Apps.
- To manage your account and subscription status.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- To detect and fix technical problems, crashes, and bugs.
- To analyze aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve our Apps and services.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your personal content for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
3. Third-Party Services and AI Disclosure
3.1 Google Gemini AI
AI-powered features in our Apps — including dream interpretation, conversational chat, and voice conversation through the Oneiros persona — are powered by Google’s Gemini AI API. When you use these features, the following data is transmitted to Google:
- Your dream content and journal entries
- Personal associations you provide
- Your age category (e.g., “Adult” or “Young Adult” — not your exact age)
- Your gender, if provided
- Voice audio, if you use voice features (streamed in real-time only, not permanently stored)
Your name, email address, and account identifiers are never sent to Google. We use Google’s paid API tier, which does not use customer data for model training, per Google’s Gemini API Terms of Service.
You will be asked for explicit consent before any content is transmitted to AI systems. You may withdraw consent at any time via Settings > Privacy > AI Features, which will disable all AI-powered features.
3.2 Supabase
We use Supabase as our authentication and database provider. All user data — including profiles, dream entries, interpretations, and account settings — is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and encrypted at rest. Supabase processes your email address for authentication purposes.
3.3 RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID and subscription/purchase data to manage your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, or personal content. Actual payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
3.4 Apple
In-app purchase payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store payment card information. Apple’s handling of payment data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
4. Microphone and Voice Data
Our Apps may request microphone access to enable voice conversations with Oneiros. If you use voice features:
- Voice audio is streamed in real-time to Google’s Gemini AI for processing.
- Voice audio is not permanently stored on our servers or in our database.
- Microphone access is only requested when you initiate a voice feature.
- You can revoke microphone access at any time through your device’s Settings app.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only as described in Section 3 and in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Psyche-Tech, our users, or others.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s services.
- Your user-generated content and account data are retained while your account remains open.
- If you delete your account (via Settings > Account > Delete Account), all personal data — including your profile, dream entries, interpretations, conversations, personal associations, and usage data — is permanently and immediately deleted from our active database. Your authentication record is also permanently removed at that time.
- Residual copies may exist in encrypted database backups for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically purged.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained for longer periods as it cannot be linked back to individual users.
7. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously, especially given the sensitive and personal nature of the content our Apps support. Our security measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Encryption of data at rest using industry-standard encryption via Supabase.
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments of our systems and third-party partners.
While we implement strong security measures, no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
9.1 Access and Correction
You may access and update the personal information associated with your account at any time through the App’s account settings.
9.2 AI Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent to AI processing of your content at any time by navigating to Settings > Privacy > AI Features. Withdrawing consent will disable AI-powered features but will not affect data previously processed.
9.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings > Account > Delete Account). You may also submit a deletion request by emailing us at the address in Section 11. We will process your deletion request immediately upon confirmation.
9.4 Data Portability
Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your user-generated content and personal data in a portable format. Submit such requests to the contact information in Section 11.
9.5 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.
10. App Permissions
Our Apps may request the following device permissions depending on the features you use:
- Microphone access: Only if you use voice conversation features. You may disable this in your device settings at any time.
- Notifications: To send optional reminders or updates. You may adjust notification preferences in device settings.
- iCloud / device storage: To back up your content locally or to your iCloud account.
We will always explain why we are requesting a permission before asking for it.

Your continued use of any Psyche-Tech App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
